Becoming a victim of crime can be a difficult experience. Feelings can range from anger to helplessness, with fear and worry causing confusion over what your options are. If you need to know more about what you can do if you become a victim of crime, then this section is for you.
The link below will take you to our 'victim virtual walkthrough', an interactive tour which has been developed to guide victims through the Criminal Justice System.
The tour explains each stage of the process any victim will encounter, from the time a crime is reported, through the police investigation to prosecution, court processes and sentencing.
