The Compensation Agency

If you have suffered an injury, or have had damage made to your property as a result of a crime, you can claim compensation through the Compensation Agency.

The Compensation Agency deals with 3 main types of compensation:

- Criminal Injuries
- Criminal Damage
- Compensation covered under the Terrorism Act 2000.

If you think you want to make a claim for compensation, it is very important that you report the matter to the police.
